Beth’s Buffalo Bills Burger: A Game Day Creation

If you know me, you know I am not going to miss celebrating National Cheesburger Day. With this also falling on a Thursday Night Football showdown featuring the Buffalo Bills, I decided to craft a burger paying homage to both the city of Buffalo and the American National Animal, the Bison.

The star of this burger is a 6 oz perfectly seasoned juicy ground bison patty, grilled to perfection. It's topped with creamy blue cheese crumbles, a drizzle of tangy Buffalo wing sauce, and sweet pickles, all tucked inside buttered grilled Kimmelweck buns. This is truly a delicious bite of more for all true cheeseburger and Bills fans.
